Quality Awards Night 2009

Our annual Quality Control Awards Night was held in the Gallery Restaurant on the 24th September last. The purpose of the audits is based on our

Commitment to meeting the expectations of our customers at WIT by providing the highest quality in services and facilities

And also, the quality of our services is the reason for our continued success, growth and development. Therefore, to ensure we meet or exceed customer requirements we will implement quality control procedures in all areas.

The audits process includes an assessment of the following-

• General Appearance of Units -Overall
• General Atmosphere of Units
• Standard-Quality & Cleanliness
• Staff & Customer Service
• Quality, Selection & Presentation of Food
• Others

Congratulations to this years winners who received their awards from Ray Cullen and Eugene McKenna. The Hillside cafe at Carriganore won the Overall Quality Excellence Award for 2009. Spar @ The Well and The Gallery Canteen (upstairs) both won highly commended awards for 2009.

Congratulations to all our staff who worked so hard all year to improve their units. A great evening was enjoyed by all who attended, and a special thanks to Ray Cullen for presenting on the night.
