WIT Campus Accommodation Prices
*Now Taking Bookings for Semester 2- January 2012*
The following are the accommodation prices for the academic year 2011/12. All prices are based on a 38-week academic year.
Accommodation Options:
- Single Ensuite 87 per week. (3306 p.a., 1827 in Sept, 1479 in Jan)

Single Room 84 per week. (3192 p.a., 1764 in Sept, 1428 in Jan)
- Twin Room 73 per week. (2774 p.a., 1533 in Sept, 1241 in Jan)

College Fields On Campus Single Ensuite 88 per week. (3344 p.a., 1848 in Sept, 1496 in Jan)
- Special Price for bookings made (deposit paid) on or before 01/06/2011 is 83 per week. (3154p.a, 1743 in Sept, 1411 in Jan)
2010/11 Tenants:
Current tenants who wish to remain in WIT Accommodation must apply on line at http://witcampusservices.ie/accommodation/ and inform Campus Services Accommodation Staff of their intentions on or before 01/06/2011. 100 will be deducted from their deposit return from the 2010/11 academic year and the 300 balance must be paid on or before 01/07/2011. Failure to pay the deposit balance will cause the tenant to forfeit their automatic place in 2011/12 and they will not be able to avail of Price E above.
Incentive Refunds:
If any tenant pays for the full academic year on or before the first day of Semester 1 in September 2011 (01/09/2011), they will receive an incentive based refund (outlined below) with their deposit return in May 2012.
The refund applies where the Special Price (E) has not been availed of.
Also, the refund will not be payable if the tenant does not stay the full 38 weeks.
The refunds available are as follows;
- Single Ensuite 87.
- Single Room 84.
- Twin Room 73.
Refunds will be paid based on the date that the rents were lodged to the bank and in the case of cheques, the day that the cheque was cleared.
In exceptional circumstances, rent can be paid on a monthly basis subject to the following conditions. The first month is paid on arrival by cheque, postal order, credit card or laser card and the resident completes and signs a standing order monthly mandate for the remaining 8 months of the academic year. The monthly amount is payable in advance and will be debited from the residents account on the 1st of each month. A 3 administration charge is payable for each of the 8 months.
Calendar:
01/06/2011 400 Deposits must be paid to avail of Special Price (E)
Current tenants must book for 2011/12 to avail of price E and 100 deposit option.
29/07/2011 Current tenants must pay deposit balance or cancel booking fully.
01/09/2011 All Semester 1 instalments due.
Full year payment must be made to avail of "Incentive Refunds".
