WIT Campus Accommodation - How to apply
For a student who does not live within commuting distance of the institute, finding suitable accommodation can be difficult.
- Will there be enough places?
- What will it cost?
- What standards can I expect?
Students have a number of accommodation choices while studying at Waterford Institute of Technology.
a) Staying with a family - otherwise known as digs - which is on a partial board basis. This includes bed, breakfast and evening meal.
b) Staying in a flat or rented house, which involves catering for oneself.
c) College Residences
d) Privately owed Student Complexes.
Accommodation Services is located in the Courtyard Building, and provides a comprehensive lodging service as well as information and advice. An office is also located at Manor Village.
We also manage a number of private student complexes in Waterford City. Our Accommodation Guide should be read before you make any decisions on the type of accommodation you require.
During registration, an accommodation information point will be set up to assist you with any queries you may have.
